1 General Provisions

3 Age Requirements and Eligibility

5.3 VIP Cashback Program

kqu9 has four VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier:

• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

6 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all users for the fair operation of betting and gaming on kqu9.

6.1 Validity of Bets

• A bet that has been confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.

• Live betting markets after an event has started are subject to change and may close at any time.

6.2 Market Results

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kqu9 platform and may result in account termination.

• Attempting to gain an advantage through bonus abuse or by creating multiple accounts.

• Participating in artificial betting or match fixing.
• Placing bets using third-party funds or money laundering.

If evidence of any of the above activities is found, kqu9 reserves the right to immediately close the account, forfeit the balance and take legal action if necessary.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

kqu9 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Registration with false or incomplete information.
• Failure to provide documents required for verification.
• For legal reasons or at the direction of a regulatory authority.

8.2 Closure by Player

You may request to close your account at any time. The process will be completed by contacting the support team. Any remaining valid balance will be returned to the registered method before closure.

9 Limitation of Liability

The kqu9 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not accept liability for compensation in the following cases:

• Loss on a game or bet due to internet connection failure.
